With Coles Insurance, you can select your own repairer too. If you choose your own repairer, they must be properly licensed, and they cannot exceed our assessed fair-repair cost. This helps us protect you and keep your premium down. Please note that Coles Insurance can only guarantee repairs carried out by our own repairers.
