Remind Me Later Prize Terms and Conditions

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions of entry.

Competition commences 12.01am AEST on 19 July 2010 and closes 11.59pm AEST on 18 August 2011. Entries are deemed received at the time of receipt by the promoter in its promotional database and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.

Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. To enter, customers must provide the required personal details online at www.coles.com.au/insurance or by calling the Coles insurance call centre on 1300 265 374. Call costs 55 cents including GST, calls from mobile phones extra. Employees and their immediate families of the Agency ("Focal") for the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

Customers who complete the 'Remind Me Later' online form between 19th July 2010 and 18th July 2011 will go into the first available monthly prize draw. No more than one entry per person is permitted. If an eligible entrant does not wish to participate in the promotion they must advise the promoter by calling the call centre.

One prize draw a month will be conducted. Each prize draw will take place at 12 noon on 1st of each calendar month for 12 months consecutively. Where the 1st of the calendar month falls on a weekend day, the draw will take place on the next available business day. Draws will be conducted at Focal Promotions Suite 1, 20 Wangara Rd, Sandringham VIC 3191. The first prize draw will take place from the 1st August 2010 to the 22nd July 2011.

Each monthly prize is a Coles Express Gift Card valued at $500. The total prize pool value is $6,000. Entries will be included in the first available monthly prize draw after they are submitted and unsuccessful entries will be carried forward to the next monthly prize draw. Prize values are correct as at date of publication and Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in any prize value. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Coles Gift Card conditions apply.

Any entry is invalid if not validated or incomplete. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

The winner(s) will be notified by email and by telephone. The winner's names will also be published in The Australian on the 11th August 2010,11thSeptember 2010, 1th October 2010, 11th November 2010, 11th December 2010, 11th January 2011, 11th February 2011, 11th March 2011, 11th April 2011, 11th May 2011, 11th June 2011 and 30th July 2011.

In the event a prize-winner has not been located within 3 months of the original draw date the winner's entry will be deemed invalid and the 'reserve winner' will win the prize. Any unclaimed prizes will be awarded in further draws, to be conducted at noon on 1st November 2010, 1st March 2011 and 29th October 2011 at ÒFocal PromotionsÕ Suite 1, 20 Wangara Rd Sandringham VIC 3191. Reserve winners will be notified by telephone and email and their name published in the Australian on the on 10th November 2010, 11th March 2011 and 10th November 2011

The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of entering this promotion or of taking any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any applicable legislation.

The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry, or if the entrant is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.

Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The promoter collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the promotion and where appropriate award prizes. If any information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, each entrant agrees that the promoter may disclose entrantsÕ personal information to State and Territory lottery departments, and that the winner's name and locality will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any personal information should be directed to the promoter at the address stated below.

FlyBuys membership details are collected at time of entry. No FlyBuys points will be awarded at time of entry or as part of the monthly prize draw. The promoter collects personal information for marketing purposes. All entries may be entered into a database and the Promoter may use entrantsÕ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. If a Coles team member finishes their employment with Coles during their insurance policy period, the discount will remain applicable until the next policy renewal date.
